Chihuahua reaffirmed its position as one of the most solid pillars of foreign trade in Mexico, ranking first nationally in exports. With more than 21 billion dollars generated in foreign sales, the entity once again demonstrated the strength and competitiveness of its industry.
This result reflects continued growth, driven mainly by high-value manufacturing, highlighting items such as the production of computer equipment, communication, electronic components, and parts for motor vehicles. These activities, together with sectors such as medical products and electricity generation, consolidate Chihuahua as a diversified and constantly expanding industrial center.
The strategic location of the state, its infrastructure and the dynamism of its industrial parks have favored the strengthening of export activity, as well as the establishment of new operations linked to global supply chains. In addition, growth in key sectors has generated a positive economic spillover in industrial regions such as Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua capital and Delicias, contributing to the development of specialized employment.
With a share of close to 16% of the national total exported, Chihuahua not only leads in figures, but also in strategic vision, consolidating itself as an example of industrial capacity and adaptation to the challenges of the international economic environment.
