These developments, totaling 15.44 million square meters, will be in strategic regions of the country and will meet the needs of various productive sectors, with a particular focus on manufacturing, logistics, and mixed-use developments.

Nuevo León, with 21 parks, and Baja California, with 15, are the states with the highest number of projects. Additionally, Coahuila has 9 parks, Chihuahua has 7, and Mexico City has 4. Other states such as Jalisco, Guanajuato, Querétaro, and the northern region of the country complete the map of this industrial expansion.
