The past friday, August 16th, we celebrated our 15th anniversary at the Baseball Hall of Fame in Monterrey, where we shared moments and memories of all we have achieved, grown, and evolved from the beginning until today.

Our President, Lic. Roberto Cantú, highlighted the accomplishments reached over these 15 years and emphasized the importance of maintaining passion and adaptability in the face of challenges, reminding the team that our success is due to the collective effort and dedication of each of our employees.

During the event, we held activities to strengthen team bonding, promote teamwork, and highlight our commitment to social responsibility alongside our ROCA Foundation.

We were honored to have the distinguished participation of Jesús “Chucho” Ramírez, who delivered an inspiring keynote. He shared his experiences and underscored the importance of teamwork and perseverance—principles that deeply resonate with our values.

Our employees enjoyed the amenities at the Baseball Hall of Fame, including a batting and pitching cage, adding a touch of fun and sportsmanship to the event.

The event concluded with a message of gratitude to our employees, where the crucial role they play in our success was emphasized. “Thank you for your time, effort, and dedication.
