This accomplishment is part of our ASG strategy named ‘ASeGurando Nuestro Futuro Hoy,’ focusing on risk management, resilience, and enhancing our commitment and satisfaction with our stakeholders.”

ROCA’s offices are situated within the Altreca Tower, a corporate office development located in the San Jeronimo neighborhood in Monterrey, N.L., Mexico. The project, built in 2020, utilized sustainable technologies for energy and water efficiency, including low-consumption lighting, high-efficiency HVAC equipment, a facade with low thermal emission glazing, hydro economizers, and more. These efforts led to the certification.

According to the results, the sustainable and efficient design of ROCA’s offices resulted in a 29% reduction in energy usage, a 36% reduction in water consumption, and a 91% reduction in embodied energy in materials compared to the local market’s baseline.
